Sofia Armendariz-Vidal is a cut above other mortgage specialists. An example of this, is her involvement in a recent transaction for one of my clients. A first-time home buyer, he needed a lot of hand holding and Sofia patiently explained the loan process to him in a way that he could understand. She was there for him during the loan application, and all the way through the property being accepted, in escrow, and through the closing of the loan. There were bumps in the road, as there always are, and she was there to save the day and solve any issues. My client was also hearing lots of “input” from friends who did not know the process, but thought they did.
